Award-winning stand-up comedian Henning Nilsen (Norway – 100 million online views) brings his one-man play recalling the emotional journey from leaving his finance job to making his Edinburgh Fringe debut with sold-out shows in 2025. What makes a Norwegian CPA accountant move to the UK to pursue stand-up comedy, and what hides beneath the clown mask? Henning regularly performs at the top UK comedy clubs and has toured internationally in the US, Europe and Asia. Please note that this is a dark comedy/theatre show with potentially triggering themes of suicide, depression and men's mental health.

Award-winning Nordic comedian Pernille Haaland (HBO Max, Netflix, Discovery) returns diving even further below zero. From the surreal experience of gigging for NATO to navigating life as a single woman, Haaland finds herself at war – not with tanks (yet), but with culture and anyone judging her thermal underwear. Time Out calls her 'hilarious' – and audiences around the world agree. Pernille Haaland proves that when the world heats up, the best thing to do is keep a very cool head.

If Donald Trump ever faced the likes of an Abraham Lincoln, wouldn't you want front-row seats? One fateful night in the Lincoln Bedroom, with the 2020 election in the balance, a sleepless Trump encounters a tall lawyer from Illinois. This enigmatic visitor charms and challenges Trump, and finally does what no living person seems capable of doing: wrestling the truth out of Trump. By morning nothing's the same. This moving, insightful and surprising political drama reflects on loss, legacy, hubris and honesty, and presents a cathartic clash you won't want to miss.

Multiple award-winning and Banshee regular comedian, Adrian Minkowicz, brings an epic story of and in Latin America. Adrian is also a lawyer and an advocate of human rights.

A hypnotic reimagining of Bram Stoker’s immortal masterpiece from award-winning Plexus Polaire, the ‘exquisite’ (New York Times) creators of Moby Dick (Barbican). Lucy Westenra is centred in this haunting reinvention of the heart-pounding gothic horror about obsession, control and the demon inside. Reality fractures as Lucy drifts between dream and nightmare, victim and liberator. Life-sized puppets and human performers collide with original music and cinematic video in an intoxicating descent into desire, fear and female emancipation. Dark, sensual and visually breathtaking, this wordless production blurs the line between beauty and horror, human and puppet, life and death.

Turkish-Norwegian theatre-maker Guliz Portakaloglu travels to Edinburgh with her new show. It is a solo theatre performance where a former actress creates a theatre play through improvisation, using objects found on stage to reflect on love, home, and music, as emotions awaken through sounds and theatrical remnants.

Norwegian, award-winning comedian Hanna Kanon just wants you to be comfortable. Even if she has to do uncomfortable things to achieve it. Like maintain eye contact, engage in small-talk, or have cosmetic surgery. She's done all those things and more. Hanna has never been comfortable. Except financially. But she can't talk about that, because that makes other people (men) uncomfortable. She also lies to her mother constantly. Because her mother has Alzheimer's, and the doctor said constant correction causes her discomfort. So if she asks, Hanna is definitely not abroad in Edinburgh for a whole month.

What would happen if, instead of starting clown school in Paris, you accidentally ended up following a group of Syrian Refugees on their journey to seek asylum in Europe? How would your experience be different from theirs? Dreamgirl is an immersive experience of Norwegian filmmaker and clown Karen Houge’s real-life experience following refugees in her mid 20s through storytelling, play, clown, interaction... and a bit of Lego. 'Profound, playful and compelling' ***** (InReviewOnline.com). 'Renewed hope for humanity' **** (MustSeeTheatre.com).

This show is a celebration of useless and delicious things such as art, music and cake. Things that have no practical application whatsoever. Not sensible, smart and efficient things, but things that are pleasurable in the moment and then gone, like a symphony or a piece of chocolate. Join Sjur Hjeltnes as he tries to explain the meaning of life in broken English, strolling with the sun in his back, a glass in hand, taking you on a musical exploration of pleasure and happiness, completely contrary to the Norwegian Health Board recommendations.
