ENGLISH VERSION
Adjust – Reconnect – Rebuild
In a global post-pandemic reality, we see the importance of giving a selection of artists the opportunity to present their art to relevant partners, and we have therefore decided to travel with a smaller delegation to New York in January 2022.
The main focus this year is to facilitate long-term relationship building where artist meetings and networking in the North American market are in focus, and the title Adjust – Reconnect – Rebuilder therefore provides guidance for our work in 2022.
In collaboration with our American partner Lisa Reynolds and Brian Rogers in The Chocolate Factory, Danse- og teatersentrum is now looking for Norwegian performing artists / companies who want to invest time and resources in establishing and / or continuing collaborative projects with North American partners.
We allocate 13,000 in travel support to those who are elected to the delegation. Deductible must be calculated.
We point out that as of today, there is a requirement for a vaccine passport when entering the United States, and that this fact is something that everyone must take into account.
The representative must be available to participate in the delegation in the period 14-16. January 2022. It may also be relevant with something in advance of the trip.
Applicants with artistic work will be given priority over the production apparatus in the company.
The application deadline is October 27 and we request that the following information be submitted in a brief application:
- Brief and concrete account of the pre - company's ambitions for the North American market (max. ½ A-4 page).
- Short description of ongoing / upcoming projects / productions
- Company biography (max. ½ A-4 page).
- Link to website
NB! All text must be written in English, and we request that it be proofread before its sent to us.
Submitted text will be published in the program, website and on social media.
